FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Who will be staying at my property?
    Typical guests are contractors, health care professionals, families displaced due to flood or fire, construction workers or individuals and their families who are relocating. We do not make properties available for short stays or tourism and leisure guests.
  • How can you guarantee my rent?
    We have a number of clients who require property as well as data sources that we use when considering taking on any property. We only take onboard properties that there is a proven demand for or that meet our client requirements.
  • Do you sublet my property?
    No, our clients are 'guests', they do not have a tenancy agreement.
  • What if the property is empty?
    We ensure that we always have sufficient cash reserves available to cover any periods between guest stays.
  • Will you allow smoking or pets in my property?
    Whether or not pets are allowed or smoking is down to you and we will only allow clients to book that meet and abide by your requirements. We also check-in on our guests to ensure that they are adhering to our terms and agreement.
  • When do I pay for my booking?
    We ask that all bookings are paid at least 2 weeks prior to your stay, although we will accept bookings closer to the time, providing there is availability.
  • How do I know you will look after my property?
    We regularly clean each property in order to keep it in show home condition. In addition, we will take care of any minor maintenance as agreed so you don't have to deal with any minor maintenance issues that arise.
  • Can I still visit the property?
    Yes subject to any agreed notice period.
  • Are children permitted?
    Children are permitted to stay provided they are in the care of an adult over 21 years old.
  • What am I responsible for?
    This is agreed on a case by case basis.
